Characteristics

Silica Sol is a stable, water-based colloidal dispersion of nanoscale silica particles. It is odorless, non-toxic, and offers excellent dispersion, penetration, adhesion, and heat resistance. Its low viscosity and large specific surface area make it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Use

Silica Sol is mainly used as a binder, coating additive, catalyst carrier, and surface treatment agent in refractory materials, precision casting, coatings, catalysts, paper, textiles, and other industrial applications.


Term of Validity

One year for the alkali base, half a year for the acid base.

Packaging

250 kg or 1250 kg per plastic drum.

Storage & Transportation

0–40°C during storage and transportation to avoid freezing or exposure to the sun.
