Complete Oil Decolorization Solution — Silica Gel Sand & Filter Tank
Our solution combines high-performance silica gel decolorizing sand with custom oil filtration sand tanks, providing a complete consumable + equipment package for diesel, waste engine oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil, and more.
The decolorizing sand is made from macroporous silica gel with SiO₂ content ≥98%, offering high surface area and strong adsorption capacity. It effectively removes pigments, gums, sulfides, oxides, and odors from oil. It works at room temperature and normal pressure, delivering high decolorization efficiency, low residue, and recyclable waste.
The matching oil filtration sand tank is available in carbon steel or stainless steel, single or dual chamber, and custom sizes. It ensures optimal flow matching with the sand, easy sand replacement, and reliable sealing for normal, pressurized, or vacuum operation. Together, they form a complete “equipment + consumable” oil decolorization and purification solution for waste oil recycling, diesel refining, and lubricating oil treatment.
