Product Introduction
Cationic Products for Civil Use
1. Application Areas
1. Used in municipal wastewater treatment plants, cationic polyacrylamide is currently the most widely used wastewater treatment agent in such facilities. Its unique positive charge forms bridges with negatively charged ions in the wastewater, promoting rapid flocculation and sedimentation.
2. Used in the paper industry as a dry strength enhancer, retention aid, and filtration aid. It significantly improves paper quality, reduces costs, and increases production capacity at paper mills.
3. Used as a flocculant in water treatment at municipal water treatment plants that source water from rivers and streams. It requires only a small dosage, delivers excellent results, and is cost-effective.
4. Used in the treatment of leather wastewater, dyeing wastewater, and oily wastewater to remove turbidity and decolorize the effluent, ensuring compliance with discharge standards.
5. Used for sludge thickening in wastewater treatment plants. After PAM reacts with the sludge to form flocs, the sludge is separated from the water via dewatering equipment to achieve sludge thickening and dewatering.
